Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through site forms: name, phone, email and message. Basic technical data is also stored in your browser so the site can work correctly. Only if you accept all cookies, Google Analytics collects pseudonymised usage data such as pages visited, contact events and device information. We do not use advertising cookies.

Purpose of processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• handle your inquiry or quote request
• contact you by phone, email or messaging apps to answer your request
• comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations

Legal basis

Retention period

Data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods legally required (generally up to 5 years for commercial-relationship data, per Spanish tax law). After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
