Versatile overlay shutters with PVC box — for new buildings and window replacement
SKT OPOTERM is a versatile product primarily designed for installation in new buildings (including developer construction) or for window replacement projects.
The system features a PVC roller shutter box that mounts directly onto window frames via adapter profiles. Internal insulation improves thermal performance. The construction allows installation without cladding, or with partial or full cladding, as the front face serves as a base for finishing materials (EPS, render, clinker).
Access to the box — from below or from the front — is selected prior to final installation. One or more shutter curtains can be accommodated in a single box. Optional narrow aluminium channels accept maxi/mini profiles for additional frame insulation. For thin-wall construction, rounded side profiles are available. The curtain is manufactured from high-quality aluminium or PVC profiles. Insect screen integration is supported.
